Pic of the Day

I found an old roll of 35mm film laying around my office and decided to get it developed the other day, having no idea what might be on it. There ended up being some shots I took of my old Jetta before I sold it, including the only pics I've got of the one week period when it shared the driveway with my current E30. I love finding old pics that I totally forgot I took; there's definitely something to be said in favor of procrastination here!

It's hard to tell other than in pic #3, but there was just enough angle to the driveway's entrance that I had to perform an elaborate dance to get the car in and out. I know the world of lowering has advanced so much in the last 2 years that my Weitec coilovers are now considered prehistoric, but the car was pretty damn low. It looked awesome to me, but was a total pain to drive with the TH's. SECRETS REVEALED!

A Mk3 Jetta is actually a hair larger than an E30, that surprised me.
