Shipping

We ship both domestic and international orders via USPS. The available options for your location will appear once you’ve entered your shipping information at checkout. Typical transit times range from one to two business days for domestic orders sent to the Mid-Atlantic to 14 days or more for international orders with first-class shipping, depending on location.

Unfortunately, we are not able to control international customs turnaround time or brokerage fees. In-stock orders usually ship within 72 hours, poster orders may take up to one week. You will receive order and shipping confirmation emails to the email account you provide when you order.

Return Policy

We accept exchanges or requests for store credit up to 30 days after the original purchase. Your exchange must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition as you received it.

You must email us at info@8380labs.com prior to shipping the item, so we can confirm we have the correct size/style replacement in stock. We will give you the return shipping address at that time.

Once we have received your exchange, we will inspect it and ship the replacement. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we will cover the first $6US of the cost ship the replacement item to you.
