Porsche developed the 964 Turbo S LM in 1993, based on the Turbo S street car. A larger adjustable rear wing with two front-facing air inlets, wider rear fenders (to house 12" wide tires) and a deeper front spoiler were among the numerous modifications made to the car for use in international motorsport.
It won its class at the 1993 Sebring 12 Hours, and all four rounds of the BPR Global GT Series races it entered in 1994 (including the Jarama 4 Hours), before being retired in 1995.
